Whew! We made it through the first four days of fifth grade and everyone survived!
This blog will be my main means of communicating important tidbits of information about our classroom. It will be updated following every full week of school.
Here are the first important tidbits of information:
- If you haven't already, it's time to dig out those batons that were sent home the last day of 4th grade. Please send those in anytime before September 1, and I will keep them safe for the year.
- Band, Orchestra, and Music (B.O.M.) will meet on Tuesday and Friday this coming week. (The calendar on the sidebar of this blog has the B.O.M. calendar on it.)
- On Monday, August 27, our class will have P.E. for the first time. Please be sure to have gym shoes.
- Opening Convocation for the entire Holland Christian School system will be Wednesday, August, 29, at 9am in the high school gym. All are welcome!
- Please be reminded that we do not have school on Friday, August 31, or Monday, Sept. 3. Enjoy the long Labor Day weekend!
- One of our classmates has an allergy to peanuts, so please keep that in mind when packing lunches. Thank you!
Please join me in praying for our class this 2018-2019 school year and that God would be glorified and revealed as we learn and grow together. I look forward to partnering with you this year!
