- Our next unit in math will focus on word problems that integrate all that fifth graders have learned in the previous five units!
- In Bible, we will continue to learn about the parables that Jesus used to teach about the kingdom of heaven.
- Students have been encouraged to consider new-to-them reading material as we begin our "Interpretive & Analytic Reading" unit. Students who love a certain series or genre are being encouraged to break away for awhile and try something different.
- Today fifth graders recorded their first book talk! Whew! This was very stressful for some students, but they did it! Hooray!
