Tidbits for the Upcoming Short Week:
- Report cards should be accessible to you through PowerSchool. Please let me know if you have any issues pulling them up or seeing comments under each subject area. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- In the Communal Behaviors section, the number ratings are:
- 1 = Inconsistent (i.e. The student sometimes hands in homework and sometimes doesn't.)
- 2 = Progressing (i.e. The student is showing improvement/growth in turning in homework.)
- 3 = Consistent (i.e. The student consistently turns in homework.)
- For the Subject sections, the number ratings are:
- 1 = Beginning (i.e. Student is beginning to spell accurately in daily work.)
- 2 = Progressing (i.e. Student is showing progress in spelling accurately in daily work.)
- 3 = Proficient (i.e. Student consistently spells accurately in daily work.)
- Wednesday, October 19, we will dismiss at 11:30am.
- Due to the CEA Convention, there will not be school on Thursday (10/20) or Friday (10/21).
- Because of the shortened week, we will not have word work/spelling next week.
- I look forward to meeting with you during Parent Teacher Conferences next week. In-person conferences will be from 4-8pm on Monday (10/19). Virtual conferences will be from 12-4pm on Wednesday (10/21).
