- In Bible, the beginning of the week will have us in the tabernacle learning about all its parts and their uses. Then we will be learning about how God calls us to be different than the world, holy, and set apart by doing some lessons on the book of Leviticus.
- Science will have us doing some hands-on investigations to learn about force and motion.
- We are wrapping up our math unit about word problems this week and will then begin our final unit on geometry and measurement.
Other Tidbits:
- Miss Callahan has graduated! Thank you to all of you who helped us thank her for the time she has spent with us. Her eight-week placement seemed to fly by! We will all miss her greatly! (pictures below)
- We had a WONDERFUL day at Dutch Village this past week. The third graders received so many compliments from the bus driver and the leaders at Dutch Village on their kind and respectful behavior. They are such a fun bunch and it was a JOY to see them enjoy the day! Thank you to all of the parents (Mr. Geenen, Mrs. Blank, Mrs. Mora-Byker, Mrs. VanDorp, Mrs. Disselkoen, Mrs. Glick, and Mrs. Tetro.) who chaperoned and made our day run smoothly! (pictures below)
