Curriculum Tidbits:

  • This week we'll continue about what it means to love others and will learn about the Day of Atonement as we continue our unit on Leviticus.
  • We will finish writing our FINAL draft of our personal narratives this week and have a celebration of writing to share our stories. Our next unit will have us learning to write to share an opinion.
  • Our Understanding Characters reading unit will conclude this week, and then the students will work on a final project that incorporates all we've learned.
  • We will assess our first math unit on multiplication and division on Tuesday and then move on to Unit 2: Multiplication and Division of 6s, 7s, and 8s
  • Our study of the History of Michigan will continue in Social Studies this week.

      • 2 = Student shows progression towards mastery of the content/standard, OR Student behavior is adequately meeting behavior expectations.
